Grâce à la participation de Djihene, championne du monde de jiu-jitsu, coach et fondatrice de la Djihene Academy, nous vous proposons une heure de cours Boxe Self-Défense. 

Au programme: des techniques simples et efficaces pour gérer sa peur lors d'une agression, garder ses distances et se mettre à l'abris ou encore pour savoir comment agir face à une saisie ...
